Who is real slave? #Stress #Depression #Suicide

A person whose senses are completely focused outward is a real slave.  He/she is bound to influence completely by outer world. His/her choice of actions will depend on what others think. He/She is enslaved by thoughts, opinions, emotions, visions and mind’s of other people. He/she lacks his own eyes. In the age of technology and when social networking sites (FB, Whatsapp, Instagram etc) have become oxygen for us, the things have become much more complex. In this way many of us are becoming the part of crowd and crowd has no mind. Crowd can be only of fools.

This type of people is vulnerable and they can be made to do unproductive (illegal, harm to others and self) things. Their life remains in chaos because they are even unaware of self and what makes them happy. They may invite stress, depression and can commit suicide.

Quote of the Day (22nd June, 2020)

The mind is sharper and keener in seclusion and uninterrupted solitude. Originality thrives in seclusion free of outside influences beating upon us to cripple the creative mind. Be alone—that is the secret of invention: be alone, that is when ideas are born.

How Civilization grows #New Research #Environment #Corona crisis

Civilization grows, reaches at peak and  then perishes. The Findings from the new research, published in Journal, Nature reveals a different story of Amazon rainforest than what we believe. The research claim that the Amazon forest might be man-made. The plants were domesticated in region shortly after last ice age. If this is true, then there is possibility that they might have been facing same conditions as we are facing today  (anthropogenic) i.e. actions (Urbanization, deforestation, global warming, extinction of many species, loss of habitat, etc) of human on earth has made it like hell. The present Corona crisis is response of nature to the action of humans that are making the hearth unsustainable for all species. So we can learn from the Amazon people. The life on earth can be of better quality if we love the nature and other species on the Earth.

From this we can conclude that new civilization grows by: either human decides to change its way of living according to nature or nature forces us to change by it’s response to our actions or by both acting as complementary forces for change and growth of new civilization.

Hindustan or Oldistan

Nature doesn’t ask your permission; it doesn’t care about your wishes, or whether you like its laws or not. You’re obliged to accept it as it is, and consequently all its results as well.

#Who is “Hero in Life”

#STRESS  #DEPRESSION  #SUICIDE

From the experiences of my life, I feel that a hero is one who is mentally, emotionally & spiritually independent means our senses understand and know the futility of the momentarily things in outer world. But we are dependent on others for our happiness. Our joy of life is directly proportional to “clap of audience” (people who are surrounding us and the people by whom we want to be surrounded). The strength and sensation of clap has become the source of our well being. We want to see ourselves in the crowd. In this process our individuality and Independence vanish in the crowd. We become less important in our own eyes. So, when the sound of “clap of audience” starts fainting, stress and depression become uninvited guests. If this situation persists long, it can be the reason for suicide.
